EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do understand that you might have occasions where you need to return the product back to us. Our policy addresses various scenarios in which you may need to return the product. We make this policy as friendly as possible to you so that you can take comfort in ordering the product on our site, with the trust and confidence that if for any reason, if you need to return the product, this process will smooth and easy for you. We encourage you to read this fully to understand the policy.

Fitness & Fairies is pleased to offer you a no questions asked “7 Days Return Policy”. Within 7 days of receiving the product, for any reason, you would like to return the product, we will be accepting the return and refunding you the full amount with no additional charges to you. 


EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order . There is an exchange and reshipment charge of Rs.100/- plus any difference in price on returned items. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges. Please note exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to process. RETURNS

All returns for credit or refund must be made within 7 days of shipment. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process.


ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED

All undergarments, under and overs, tights, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.


PRODUCT CONDITION

All items must be unworn and in their original resalable packaging with tags attached.
Laundered items cannot be returned.
Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes.
Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and/or label shoe box or item package, etc.; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be accepted for return.

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**

If you need to return the SHOES from your order, they must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition.
Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes become scratched and marred easily.

Taps/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable.


Please do not wear any shoes for class outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to return them.
